This historical gem circa 1888 was abandon for over 10 years without heat, plumbing, or electricity, and was in a sad state of affairs when my partner, Katherine and I acquired it in 2024.

For the past year, we have been on a mission renovating a unique property, and although we have had our fair share of challenges, we are dedicated to restoring this unique building to its former glory and beyond. 

We've teamed up with Donorbox and are launching a kickstarter campaign to help get this project off the ground, and here is your chance to pitch in as a
